FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND MARTIAL ARTS GYM IN ADEJE. We are a gym with 75m² of Tatami, allowing you to carry out the exercises comfortably and with low impact. In it, we practice different semi-personalized activities and disciplines in small groups, which allows the coaches to supervise and correct the exercises and techniques you perform at all times to obtain the best results while avoiding injuries.

Krav Maga
"Krav Maga" is a combat system that was developed in Israel. It is designed, prepared and perfected for you to defend yourself against real aggressions in daily life. Things that can happen to you on the street. It is designed to be useful, practical and simple. It is not necessary to have previously practiced any defense technique, everyone can learn. The krav maga is designed for everyone since anyone can suffer aggression. We want you to know how to defend yourself in these situations. It does not require a very strong physical condition, because its objective is that anyone can practice it. The important thing is to know how to defend yourself whether or not you have physical preparation. Cardio Kickboxing is the fusion of martial arts with the world of fitness. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
It is a martial art, combat sport and self defense system developed in Brazil, but of Japanese origin. It is mainly focused on melee combat on the ground. The techniques include some standing throws and takedowns, numerous joint dislocations, chokes, and submissions. Our instructor Thiago Assunca started practising jiu-jitsu in his native Brazil and has 5 years of experience as an instructor. Lessons are with Gi and without Gi (Grappling)
